Simcorp, a specialist provider of investment management tech, has onboarded a new client: SOKA-BAU, a German pension fund serving the construction industry.
SOKA-BAU will implement the Simcorp Dimension platform, to support its front-to-back office investment management operations as well as risk management functions. It will replace “a number of outdated systems and applications”, according to the vendor.
“After a comprehensive selection process, Simcorp Dimension proved to be the most complete solution to meet our integration, automation and transparency requirements,” says Maria Güntner, head of portfolio management at SOKA-BAU,
“Consolidating our system architecture onto one multi-asset class platform will significantly enhance our asset management capabilities, while reducing our operating costs.”
SOKA-BAU’s corporate pension schemes are provided to the employees of around 75,000 companies within the German construction industry.
